Adel is a game about eccentric English lords showing off their collections of objets d'art with the aim of winning a rather unlikely bet.
Adel lacks anything much beyond the occasionally intriguing bluffing game and even though it improves with extended play, I fail to see how this one rates as a classic.

Syntectonic deformation of the Adel Mountain Volcanics, as well as apparent folding and faulting of Tertiary quartz monzonite sills, indicate that contractional deformation clearly spanned the Late Cretaceous and may have extended to as young as the Paleocene/Eocene boundary at about 55.5 Ma.
The dike forms a pronounced topographic ridge and may be a feeder for one of the small laccoliths present east and northeast of the field.
