Hi there, the speed of sound in a gas is the square root of the adiabatic index by the gas constant for ait by the temperature in kelvin.
At sea level at standard atmospheric conditions the difference between the speed of sound at 0% (340 m/s) humidity and 100% (341 m/s) humidity is only about 1 m/s or about 0.3% total change.
So yes humidity will increase the speed of sound, but only marginally due to the way the water will increase the adiabatic index (heat capacity) of the gas.
