	Hawaii Statehood Admissions Act, 1959
		Article XII, § 4 imposes a fiduciary duty on Hawaii's officials to hold ceded lands in accordance with the Hawaii Admission Act § 5(f) trust provisions, and the citizens of the state must have a means to mandate compliance.
		The reapportionment made by the territorial governor pursuant to the laws of the territory was, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution by reference incorporated in Public Law 86-3 and the mandate of Congress therein and in Public Law 895 of the 84th Congress.
		All Acts or parts of Acts in conflict with the provisions of this Act, whether passed by the legislature of said Territory or by Congress are hereby repealed.
