Adnan gave his demo and impressed the audience, but in the end, there was some unfortunate trouble, and I think he handled it quite well.
Adnan also got there right after me. There was this car that was ahead of him stopped in the middle of an intersection on a round about, in the fast lane, dropping a passenger off.
Adnan meanwhile was on an extreme sport, he was attempting a very dangerous stunt which is extremely humiliating and life threatening.

Sports News  The Kathmandu Post (Nepal)
Pakistan based Adnan Ilyas hammered unbeaten 168 runs off just 140 deliveries and captured six wickets, with the new ball, to guide Oman to a comfortable win over one of the pre-tournament favorites and last year’s semifinalists.
Ilyas, who caught everyone’s attention after hitting unbeaten 199 off 130 balls with 29 fours and three sixes against Malaysia during the league match of U-17 Asia Cup in Pakistan in 2001, is one of the five foreign players in Oman team.
Though, they lost their opening batsman Derrick Ruston with only 32 runs at the board, Adnan Ilyas took the responsibility and went on hammering Hong Kong bowlers to all corners of the ground.

It was Adnan’s day in the ACC Middle East Cup 2004 at the Ahmadi ground in Kuwait where he blasted the Kuwaiti Reds bowlers to every corner of the field in his hurricane knock which ended in a convincing 5-wicket win for the OCC team.
Hemin and Adnan started the OCC innings in an aggressive manner but with the score on 13 Hemin was declared out leg before to a doubtful decision, the batman having played the ball and the ball drifting down the leg side.
Adnan however was in an attacking mood and with Qaim Hussain got associated in a second wicket stand which yielded 98 runs in quick time before being dismissed for 67 runs.

Adnan Ilyas achieved the rare distinction of scoring a century and taking six wickets in the same match and helped set up a strident 225-run victory for Oman over Hong Kong in a Youth Asia Cup 2003 match at the National Stadium in Karachi.
Vice-captain Adnan, a Pakistani national, clouted 18 boundaries and five sixes in his unconquered 140-ball 168 to steer Oman to a mammoth 296 for five from 50 overs.
Adnan not only carried Oman's innings on his young shoulders, he was also responsible for keeping the scoreboard moving by doing the bulk of the scoring.

KARACHI: Adnan Ilyas achieved the rare distinction of scoring a century and taking more than five wickets in the same match that set up a calkwalk 225-run victory for Oman over Hong Kong in a Youth Asia Cup (Under-19s) Pool B match here at the National Stadium on Wednesday.
Vice-captain Adnan, a Pakistani national, clobbered 18 boundaries and five sixes in his unconquered 140-ball 168 to steer Oman to a comfortable 296 for five from the allotted 50 overs.
If Hong Kong thought they had received enough mauling from Adnan, they were mistaken as the teenager bulldozed them with his medium-pace bowling to capture six wickets for 16 runs to send the opponents tumbling out for 71 in 24 overs.

Oman outclass Thailand in quick time -DAWN - Sport; July 20, 2003
Opener Adnan Ilyas, the vice-captain who originates from Pakistan, played a cameo knock, smashing 46 off mere 14 deliveries as Oman reached their target in 3.1 overs after the hapless Thailand had hobbled to 52 all out in 23 overs.
Indeed, it was a miracle that the game took place, albeit curtailed to 25 overs per innings after the NSK groundstaff did a superlative job following the two-hour heavy rains earlier in the morning.
Although Adnan, who struck eight fours and one six, dominated Oman’s reply it was his Sri Lankan partner Derrick Ruston striking the winning boundary.

Amongst the party were three little boys, almost identical in white kurtas, lending their thin voices to the rich timbre of the older quawals' voices.
The three boys, Arshad Hussain aged seven years, Danial Hussain also seven, and Adnan Hussain, age six, are the inheritors of the 750-year-old tradition of singing the poetry of great sufis like Baba Fareed, Qutub Sahib, Moinuddin Chisti and Hazrat Nizamuddin.
They love modern quawalis, and sang this one for me -- "The person I get up at night to weep for, sleeps soundly in her bed!" Obviously too young to understand the nuances of the poetry, the youngest one tried to mimic the emotions he was singing about, much to everybody's amusement.
