Adolfo Tapia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Adolfo Tapia Ibarra better known as La Parka is a professional wrestler from Mexico most famous to American fans for his days as "The Chairman of WCW." Due to legal reasons, he currently wrestles as L.A. Park in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre.
Adolfo Tapia started wrestling in 1982, but he did not really start making a name for himself until he started wrestling as the masked La Parka in 1992.
His costume and mask are a skeleton resembling the outfits used in Mexico's Day of the Dead ceremony.

However, due to differences over an isthmian canal and concessions to Americans in Nicaragua as well as a concern for what was perceived as Nicaragua's destabilizing influence in the region, in 1909 the United States provides political support to conservative-led forces rebelling against Zelaya and intervene militarily to protect American lives and property.
After some interim presidents Adolfo Díaz Recines of the Partido Conservador (Conservative Party, PC) is president between 1911 and 1917.
From 1927 until 1933 United States Marines stationed in Nicaragua engage in a running battle with rebel forces led by the liberal general Augusto Sandino, who rejects a 1927 negotiated agreement brokered by the United States to end the latest round of fighting between liberals and conservatives.

Incase you are wondering Tapia did come up with his La Parka gimmick because if you translate his name into English it means Day Of The Dead.
World Wrestling Entertainment also owns most of their talents names and that is why Steve Austin cannot use the Stone Cold name unless he is in the WWE.
