People are concerned about the presence of the former commanders and jihadi leaders in parliament because people do not have a good impression from them.
The first one is that the Afghan people know that their new Army is able to fight the enemies and the coalition forces are united with the Afghan Army.
Some people that didn't vote said most candidates were former commanders and warlords so they don't want to elect them because of their bad past and they said we can not trust the new candidates because we don't know them very well.

Keep as LONG as there is a mention that not all people in Afghanistan consider themselves Afghans.

UNITED NATIONS –– Taliban soldiers executed Afghan civilians indiscriminately after taking over the strategic Yakoalong district this year, according to a U.N. report released Friday.
