  African Window - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The African Window is the national cultural history museum (NCHM) of South Africa.
The NCHM was amalgamated with the Pretoria-based Transvaal Museum for Natural History and the South African National Museum for Military History (situated in Johannesburg) on 1 April 1999 to form the Northern Flagship Institution.
The Institution is managed by a chief executive officer and a board, which replaced the three separate previous museum boards.

A number of free workshops around the exhibition for learners and teachers will take place in April and May.
