		AGMA immediately filed unfair labor practice charges against the ballet, alleging that the discharges were in retaliation for the dancers' union activity and for their testimony, and seeking reinstatement and back pay for both.

	PlaybillArts: News: Dancers' Union Files NLRB Complaint Against Ballet West
		AGMA, which has represented the company since January, has filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board claiming that the company's management has refused to bargain with the union in good faith.
