An individual will be determined to be practicing agrology in Saskatchewan when he/she is attempting to bring about change or effect change by giving advice to another person or a group of people on any practice relating to changes in the agri-food industry as outlined in Section 2 part h in The Agrologists Act (1994).
When advice is provided by an individual who is not an agrologist, that person must be supervised by an agrologist and it is the agrologist who is held accountable for the advice that is given which is intended to effect change.
