	Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (1885 - January 29, 1950) (Arabic: أحمد الجابر الصباح) was sheikh of Kuwait from March 29, 1921 to January 29, 1950, and 10th ruler of the Al-Sabah dynasty of Kuwait.
		He was born in 1885 in Kuwait as the eldest son of Jabir II Al-Sabah, who was shaykh of Kuwait between 1915 and 1917.
		Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was elected to power after the death of his uncle Salim Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah in 1921.

		OPEC has extended a message to calm down to the oil consuming countries following an agreement by its countries in Vienna to increase the ceiling of oil production by 4%, which means an increase of one million barrels a day, in the hope to reduce prices.
