  Ahmadiya Movement
The Ahmadiya Movement in Islam is a religious organisation, international in its scope, with branches in over 174 countries in Africa, North America, South America, Asia, Australia and Europe.
The Ahmadiya Movement was established in 1889 in a small village called Qadian in Punjab, India.by Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835-1908) He claimed to be the expected reformer of the later days, the Awaited One of the world community of religions (The Mahdi and Messiah).
Under the guidance of Hadrat Khalifatul Massih IV the Ahmadiya Movement in Islam has built mosques and Islamic mission houses throughout the world and is in the forefront serving mankind and Islam.

Police were deployed in the village but members of the 14 Ahmadiya families in Jhikargachha reported to a BBC correspondent that they continued to receive threats cautioning them to stay away from the mosque.
The mob was reportedly instigated by Maulana Mahmudul Hasan Momtazi, coordinator of the Khatm-e-Nabuwat movement, and Maulana Azizul Huq of the Islamic Oikkyo Jote (IOJ).

If the Ahmadiyas, no minority by any means, do not conform cent per cent to the Sunni doctrines as interpreted by the Moududis, it does not mean the Sunnis will call for the former's heads.

After what happened to the members of the Ahmadiya community in Satkhira the other day, it becomes absolutely clear that the danger to their lives and property has only taken a new dimension in that they are now almost strangers in their own country.
Ahmadiya men have been publicly shamed when they have gone to the market.
It does not appear either that the nation’s political parties are overly concerned about what happens eventually to the Ahmadiyas, a discernible reason being the matter of votes at the next spate of general elections.
