Ahmed Abdallah Abderemane (Arabic: أحمد عبد الله عبد الرحمن‎, Ahmad Abd Allah Abd ar-Rahman) (June 12, 1919 – November 26, 1989) was a leader in the Comoros.
Abdallah was born in Domoni, on the island of Anjouan.
Abdallah was the chairman of the chamber of deputies during 1970.

Denard was also under investigation in France for the assassination of President Ahmed Abdallah at the time of the 1989 coup in the Comoros.
