	Aibonito, Puerto Rico - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Aibonito (ei-bo-NEE-to) is a small mountain town in Puerto Rico located southcentral of the island and bordered by the municipalities of Barranquitas, Cayey, Cidra, Coamo and Salinas.
		Aibonito is located on a relative high elevation (its main plaza is the highest in the island at 2,401 ft/731 m above sea level), thus cooler year round than many of island towns.
		Aibonito is known for its flowers, and every year, many visitors from other Puerto Rican areas and other countries are attracted to Aibonito's annual Festival de las Flores (Festival of the Flowers).

		The investigation, initiated by the DEA's High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Ponce Resident Office on May of 2000, revealed that this family run drug enterprise was involved in the distribution of multiple kilo quantities of cocaine and crack-cocaine, with a street value of millions of dollars, throughout several cities in Puerto Rico.
		The indictment alleges that "Los Greenes" organization distributed cocaine and crack-cocaine from several locations in Aibonito, PR, to include the "Rey del Sandwich" restaurant and "Restauran 2000" restaurant.
		San Luis, Aibonito, P.R. The indictment is an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty at trial.
