In fact, a very distinguished businessman has written to me saying that he has been using Air Arabia for two months now after shifting from a number of other airlines, and he has never seen an airline that is so punctual.
When Air Arabia launched in October 2003, the media asked me where I was going to tap the business from and which airline I would attack.
Having said that, we must have done the right things because everybody in the UAE now knows about Air Arabia in some form or shape and to achieve that in a very short span of time is quite a marketing achievement.
