Air Europa Líneas Aéreas, S.A. is an airline based in Palma, Majorca, Spain.
Air Europa started in 1986 (registered in Spain as Air España SA and previously known as such) as part of the British ILG-Air Europe Group and 75% owned by Spanish banks.
It originally had a similar livery to Air Europe but with Air Europa titles, aircraft were registered in Spain and flew holiday charters from Mediterranean resorts and European cities using a Boeing 737-300.

In theory Air Europa is flying to Ecuador since December...I thought they already have the authorisation to fly there from the Ecuatorian Gouvernment...If they are not flying there, they will shortly in a few weeks...
What Air Europa has done is budgeted 1.2 billion Euros to purchase 10 A350's and IS PLANNING to purchase them...but they have not been purchased.
