Air India really does need to scrap their ancient B747s - they are doing little to help improve the airline's already poor image globally.
Picked up baggage (which was soaking wet and damaged) and went to Air India arrivals desk where I was greeted by surly, unhelpful and evasive staff who had no interest in helping and were basically impolite.
Air India is one of those airlines where you get what you pay for.
