Air North may refuse to accept property for transportation which is not suitably or adequately packaged to withstand ordinary handling, whose size, weight, or character renders it unsuitable for transportation on the particular aircraft which is to transport it, or which cannot be accommodated without harming or annoying passengers, unless the passenger executes a release.
Air North may compensate the passenger for reasonable, documented expenses incurred as a direct result of loss or damage to, or delay in delivery of any personal property up to the limits of liability, or declared value, whichever is higher.

Air Koryo's chief Kim Yong also pledged that his country's bitter political foe South Korea would not be excluded when North Korean airspace is opened up for over-flights by foreign carriers next month.
Air Koryo, until recently known simply as Korean State Airlines or CAAK, was set up in 1954 to succeed a Soviet-North Korean carrier formed in 1950 during the three-year war on the Korean peninsula, divided at the end of World War Two.
