The Aircrew Badge is a decoration of the United States military which is awarded by all five branches of military service.
The first version of the Aircrew Badge was issued by the Army Air Force during the Second World War.
A Naval enlisted person who has qualified for his or her Naval Aircrew Badge places the initials "NAC" in parentheses after his or her rate and rating; for example, Chief Cryptologic Technician Interpretive Jones, after having qualified for her NAC Badge, is identified as CTIC(NAC) Jones.

 Combat Aircrew Wings
A formal request was sent to the Chief of Naval Personnel identifying the oversight and requesting the authority to retroactively award the Combat Aircrew Insignia to the brave warriors assigned to HA(L)-3.
The request was positively endorsed throughout the Navy chain of command and forwarded to the Commandant of the Marine Corps.
The Combat Aircrew Insignia is authorized to be worn in the same manner as other breast insignia, similar to the Navy Aircrew Wings.

For the U.S. Air Force's F-16 Aircrew Training Device (ATD) program, Link Simulation & Training is responsible for the operation, maintenance and support of F-16 aircrew and maintenance trainers currently being used by the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and foreign militaries worldwide.
