		Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (IATA: ARN, ICAO: ESSA), is an international airport located in Sigtuna Municipality near to the town of Märsta, 42 km north of Stockholm and 28 km south-east of Uppsala.

		I have an airport extreme at home with a desktop PC (amongst other computers) and a Linksys PCI 802.11g card (WMP-54G) connected to it.
		You can do this with the airport card as well, but beware that it doesn't have an antenna, so if it tries to transmit data, it could fry the output transistor.
		The only way I know of to make this work is to keep the little coax connector from your powerbook plugged into the antenna slot while it's plugged into the windows laptop that's doing the update, which is pretty ugly, but better than blowing your output transistor.

		I suspected that this might be the problem and was going to attempt reloading the older base station firmware...
		In the meantime, the work around is to recommend affected customers to downgrade their AirPort Extreme Basestation firmware back to v5.0.4, the AL1011-DP connects fine with that version.
		I have another computer wirelessly connected to the airport base and it is functioning fine...

		Such is the problem with Airport 5, the long-distance collaboration between Guided by Voices principal Bob Pollard and ex-GBV mainstay Tobin Sprout.
		The idea for the band is that Sprout composes music for the songs at his rural Michigan home, which he then mails to Pollard at GBV Central in Dayton, OH, who then overdubs vocals on top of Sprout's instrumentals.
		There are many problems with this sort of operation, and Airport 5 pretty much exhibits all of them.
