	Primaria municipiului Aiud
		Thus, Aiud is one of the nine urban localities of Alba County.
		As an urban settlement, the locality was established by the Saxons of Transylvania, probably colonized in Transylvania around 1200, instead of a village that belonged to the Roman-Catholic Church from the Transylvanian Alba.
		For three centuries Aiud was the propriety of the Episcopal Capitul from Alba Iulia and of the Magyar Royal Crown, often as a present or a transaction object between princes and nobles.

		The leadership of Reeducation Department of Aiud Penitentiary selected a group of minor prisoners, according to their good behavior, and rewarded them with one day outside the prison walls.
		They wanted to have a cozy time to talk with the ladies in detention, to get to know each other better and let the women prisoners know and feel that they are still valued, despite the fact they were behind bars.
		The meetings with the prisoners went on to Aiud penitentiary as well and the goals pursuited were the strengthening of both moral and spiritual relationship between the reminded organizations and the imprisoned people.
