The Al Faisaliyah Center (Arabic: برج الفيصلية‎) was the first skyscraper constructed in Saudi Arabia, and the second tallest building in the country after the Kingdom Center.
The golden ball that lies atop the tower is said to be inspired by a ballpoint pen.
The tower is part of a larger complex, the Al Faisalyah Complex, which conists of an hotel, the tower, and a two other buildings.

Due a little glitch some of the low votes weren't being counted for Chrysler Building (because it wasn't in the standard format with "3 or less" at the bottom) so I fixed the threads that weren't properly formatted, causing a few ratings to change.
Raffles, the best Middle East skyscraper would be Burj Al Arab at #6, wouldn't it?
The top 10 is quite surprising to me. Bank of America in Charlotte is at #3, but it doesn't have nearly as many votes as the others, so I think it might drop off given time.
