Hajj - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Hajj is seen in many cultures as one of the great achievements of civilization, because it brings together people from one-fifth of the population of the entire world and focuses them upon a single goal: completing the Hajj.
The mystery and appeal of the Hajj have drawn a number of visitors over the years, pilgrims who entered the city in secret and risked their lives to see the Kaaba and experience the Hajj for themselves.
Nevertheless, in spite of the physical hardships, pilgrims who complete the Hajj consider it one of the greatest spiritual experiences of their lives.

Hajj al-badhli is not applied to one who is invited to go to Hajj by an institution or a person if a condition is made that he must perform a certain work for the invitation.
This type of Hajj called Hajj al-badhli, in case of which return to competence is not a condition; in addition it is not a condition for the contributor to offer the luggage or the means of transport themselves but to pay their value.
The Hajj in Islamic law is a group of sacred rites and is one of the pillars upon which Islam is established as it has been quoted from Imam al-Baqir (a.): "Islam has been built on five things: salat, zakat, sawm, Hajj and wilayah to the Ahlul-Bait (a.)".

The Grand Mufti Hajj Amin al-Husseini
Accordingly, Hajj Amin’s appointment as a Mufti of Jerusalem was the beginning of 55-year political career, which he dedicated entirely for fighting colonial Britain and its inhuman Zionist project in Palestine.
As a matter of fact, the deceased incumbent Mufti was Kamel al-Husseini, the brother of Hajj Amin; Taher al-Husseini, their father was the Mufti of Jerusalem for more than 40 years until his death in 1908, when his son Kamel succeeded him on 1908 for the most prestigious job in Ottomani-ruled Palestine.
This should explain Samuel’s far-reaching political motives for striking his botched deal with Hajj Amin, believing that he could buy his silence regarding the British designs on Palestine.

 The Reader: Al-Hajj
One practical aspect that occurs from the Hajj and that anyone who has performed the Hajj can testify to is that during the Hajj one can see the willingness of other humans to sacrifice for the sake of Allah.
All of the events that one performs at the Hajj and the historical and spiritual significance of the place in which the person performs them should have a profound effect on the believer.
In the Hajj, there is an opportunity for the Muslim to demonstrate his complete submission and obedience to Allah.

SAHIH MUSLIM, BOOK 7: The Book of Pilgrimage (Kitab Al-Hajj)
The word Hajj means, literally, repairing to a place for the sake of visit (al-qasd li-ziyarah), and in the terminology of the Islamic Shari'ah, it implies the repairing to Bait-Allah (the house of Allah) to observe the necessary devotion (iqamat-an-li-nusuk) Bait-Allah is one of the names by which the Ka'ba is called.
Hajj and 'Umra), and if we abide by the Sunnah of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), we find that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) did not put off Ihram till the sacrificial animal was brought to its end (till it was sacrificed).
Opinions differ as to when Hajj became obligatory but the commonly accepted opinion is that it was in the eighth year of Hijra that Allah declared it as one of the five fundamentals of Islam.

SAHIH BUKHARI, BOOK 26: Pilgrimmage (Hajj)
The obligation of Hajj enjoined by Allah on His devotees has become due on my father and he is old and weak, and he cannot sit firm on the Mount; may I perform Hajj on his behalf?" The Prophet replied, "Yes, you may." That happened during the Hajj-al-Wida (of the Prophet).
Al Abbas said to the Prophet, "Take off your waist sheet and put it on your neck." (When the Prophet took it off) he fell on the ground with his eyes open towards the sky and said, "Give me my waist sheet." And he covered himself with it.
Al Abbas bin Abdul-Muttalib asked the permission of Allahs Apostle to let him stay in Mecca during the nights of Mina in order to provide the pilgrims with water to drink, so the Prophet permitted him.

Hajj Now - all about hajj how to do hajj
As we see here, Hajj was practiced before Prophet Muhammad (S) came, but the latter removed the false worshipped idols and ended all pagan beliefs and practices, which had changed gradually the way of Ibraheem and Ismaeel (A) as well as the Ka'bah's sanctity.
Allah (swt) always relates the story of Hajj and Ibraheem to Tawheed and Islam, which is the way of Ibraheem, Muhammad, and all the prophets (Peace be upon them).
Hajj started with Ibraheem (Peace be upon him) who left his legacy both in the Hanifiyah, the pristine religion of Islam and in Hajj.

Anti-Semitism, Misinformation, And the Whitewashing Of The Palestinian Leadership
He shortened it to obscure his kinship with the discredited ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, Hajj Muhammad Amin al-Husseini.”
Revisionists like to portray al Husseini as an anti-colonial fighter, but it was in fact the British colonial government that anointed him with the title 'Mufti.' The history of Jewish-Arab relations in Palestine might have been very different were it not for the dramatic support that the British gave to this violent anti-Semite.
The first step would be to reject the leadership of the ideological descendants of Haj Amin Al Husseini, the Mufti of Jerusalem, who even in death dominates his people’s political life and distorts their aspirations, leading them down a path of intolerance and war.

Kitab Al Munir (surah 22:7-9 Al Hajj): The Book of Enlightenment
Surah 27:7-9 Al Hajj (The Pilgrimage) confirms that the Qur'an and all other Scriptures are inferior as far as God-realization is concerned.
Enlightenment means to give light of fact or knowledge; to reveal truths; to free from ignorance, prejudice, or superstition.
When people do this of set purpose, against their own light ("of which ye are yourself witnesses"), they are descending to the lowest depths of degradation, and they are doing more harm to themselves than to anyone else.
