Alain Robidoux (born July 25, 1960) is a Canadian professional snooker player.
Robidoux’s best ranking event performance was reaching the final of the German Open in 1996.
His career peaked in 1997, when he reached the semi_finals of the world championship and rose to number nine in the world rankings the following season.

French Canadian, Alain Robidoux, reached the semi-finals of the 1987 World Amateur Championship in Bangalore losing out to eventual winner, Darren Morgan.
Alain regained some of his form in 1994/5 and moved up a few places and after another ranking semi-final in the International Open in 1995/6 he managed to regain his top 16 place at number 14.
Alain is in demand on the trick shot circuit.

He was a regular captain of the Canadian world cup team and, with his regular partners of Bill Werbeniuk and Kirk Stevens, took the trophy in 1982.
He helped Canada win the trophy again in 1990 this time with Alain Robidoux and Bob Chaperon and even though he had quit the circuit by then, he did take part again when the event was revived in 1996.
He is still a good player and in 2000 was runner up to Willie Thorne, still a regular tour player, in the first of what may turn out to be a regular series of seniors events.

Alain Robidoux celebrated receiving a WSA concession to keep his main tour place, by winning the 2003 Canadian Championship.
Now an open tournament, Robidoux previously won the event, as an amateur in 1983 and 1986.
