Alarmist is adults reclaiming the punk tradition from the shame of nostalgia and pioneering into a jungle of unscripted insanity, magic and surrealism.
The compelling Alarmist singer, who shares vocal duties with the more ebullient human cannonball that is James Squeaky, delivers like a not-bored Kim Gordon and the screamiest parts of Bjork; her stage presence is part-cavewoman, part banshee, and part Bjork (but maybe that's cause both perform barefoot).

Cranky was a member of that group, principally handling the sound effects and radio recording, and every once in a while voicing a bit part.

Second, what the climate alarmists and their advocates in the media have continued to ignore is the fact that the Little Ice Age, which resulted in harsh winters which froze New York Harbor and caused untold deaths, ended about 1850.
But more importantly, it is the global warming alarmists who should be asked the question -- “What if they are correct about man-made catastrophic global warming?” -- because they have come up with no meaningful solution to their supposed climate crisis in the two decades that they have been hyping this issue.
The global warming alarmists and their friends in the media have attempted to smear scientists who dare question the premise of man-made catastrophic global warming, and as a result some scientists have seen their reputations and research funding dry up.

'Alarmist' Global Warming Claims Unfounded Says Climatolgist -- 07/14/2003
Capitol Hill (CNSNews.com) - Climatologist Patrick J. Michaels told a Capitol Hill luncheon Friday that the fears of catastrophic global warming are scientifically unfounded and 'alarmist.' Michaels also declared that any climate change that does occur would not impact the Earth or its inhabitants in any significant way.
"Unfortunately, they have pumped this [alarmist] mindset up so much that it is very clear that people are beginning to get...apocalyptic fatigue," he added.
Chris Horner, a senior fellow at the free-market environmental think tank Competitive Enterprise Institute, attended the luncheon and pointed to the recent scientific indications that the planet Pluto is warming up despite moving away from the sun.
