Albert became the first director of Planning at AIDS Project Los Angeles in 1985, and designed the first comprehensive AIDS care program for Los Angeles County.
Albert continued to work with Trinity parish while consulting with the Ugandan AIDS Project in 1991.

He stated that he expects the local government aid that the city receives from the State will be reduced in 2003 due to the State’s efforts to balance the budget.
This proposal would also allow the City of Albert Lea to take title of the property when the demolition is complete.
The City of Albert Lea would then obtain money from State and Federal grants and proceeds from insurance claims to aid in the environmental clean up of the site.

The five speakers are: Charles Casey of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, William Johnson of Stanford, Albert Meyers of Colorado State University, Larry Overman of the University of California-Irvine and Amos Smith of the University of Pennsylvania.
Meyers has shown how chemists can produce molecules that are either "right-handed" or "left-handed." In nature, an organism may recognize one molecule but not its mirror image.

Albert J. Meyes was the Army's Chief Signal Officer in 1877.
Meyer's experiments convinced him that heliographs could work in desert campaigns, perhaps in southwestern parts of the United States where campaigns against Apache Indians were being planned.
He observed that in the southwest there were many sunny days and mountain peaks were available to mount the instruments.

The collection was deposited by Albert Cook Meyers who was a local historian and collector and was related to the Truman-Underhill families by marriage.
Brought to library in small trunk and two suitcases by Albert Cook Myers, who was the brother-in-law of Benjamin Mott Underhill.
