 Interview - Albert Tui
I wish I could make more decisions regarding choices of concertos, but usually, these decisions are done by the conductor or the music director of an orchestra so that they can design entire programmes according to their taste or needs.
I also like to learn and play concertos which are not in the standard repertoire, like Lou Harrison and Copland, and even Skryabin, but there are not enough conductors brave enough to challenge or programme this types of work.
MOL: On behalf of MusicalOnline, we would like to thank you for your time and we wish all the success.

Wat Zien Ik (What's This I See?)) The director had in fact wanted to adapt Jan Wolkers' novel 'Turk's Fruit' for the screen as his debut feature but was overruled by his producer Rob Houwer who was unwilling to tackle such a risky project at that time.
Verhoeven was none too keen on making a film based on a novel (by Albert Mol) that was essentially nothing more than a scrappy collection of anecdotes dealing with prostitution in Amsterdam's infamous red light district.
He did, however, realise that a commercial success with such a film might allow him to fulfil his ambition of bringing the Wolkers novel to the big screen.

As her relationship with Piet grows, Greet encourages Nel to seek an alternative to her loser of a boyfriend by placing an ad in the personals, though this ends up with an unexpected result (writer Albert Mol makes a cameo as the blind date).
As a result, Nel next meets Bob (Bernard Droog), a quiet salesman from out of town, who is selling advanced cleaning products on the street, and also who looks like a promising alternative to her current lifestyle.
