For the uninitiated, that is typical Melbourne weather, it is very hard to predict the weather conditions here.
Albert Park is half way between Melbourne and St Kilda on the map.
To fully understand how all this impacts on this beautiful Park, one really has to go to the area behind the pits next to the lake and look back across the lake at the Melbourne skyline a mere two KM away.
