Albert Russell Wynn (born September 10, 1951) is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives representing the 4th district of the State of Maryland (map) since 1992.
The momentum of the campaign of Donna Edwards, his challenger in the 2006 primary election, appears to be exposing a vulnerability not previously recognized, stemming from the divergence of his positions and those of the people of his district.
Wynn was interviewed by Stephen Colbert as part of his Better Know A District segment on his show on Comedy Central, The Colbert Report, on April 20, 2006.
