I read Alburquerque after these three novels and enjoyed them all very much, but I feel that it would have been better to read Alburquerque first before the Sonny Baca novels.
This is because some of the characters are presented in full detail in Alburquerque and play a major part in the later novels.
Abran is a young man who discovers that he is adopted, and visits his dying biological mother in order to find his biological father(who we learn to be Ben Chavez), but she doesn't tell him.

I found the reason for this error: What had happened is that I had created a link from the konverter.desktop file where it existed in the file system to the /usr/share/applications directory (the rpm installed this file somewhere else so I had to link to it).
I don't exactly know how to file a bug report (or even if it is necessary), so I think that I might just use file-roller as is. I think that I can add my own application to the list of "Recent applications" and "open" the files that way.
