		Rumours were around for most of 2005 as to a sale of GTL, with Go-Ahead initially the strongest contender (again), yet they in the end, as you all know, Stagecoach took control of the whole company with effect from 13/07/2005.
		The new Alexander Dennis Darts are now being seen on a variety of routes over the whole area, such as the 78 (Liverpool - Halewood) where 34743 PX55 EDK [photo:Phil Halewood] passing the road works on Lime Street.

		The Plaxton Pointer II and Alexander ALX 200 bodies, both of which are currently built in the same factory, the former Alexander factory in Falkirk, Scotland, are due to be replaced in Spring 2002, by a new body, provisionally to be called the TransBus Enviro 200.
		This new body is a mix of the Plaxton and Alexander designs, mainly with a Plaxton designed front (Though quite different to the Pointer II), with Alexander sides (Theses do resemble current Alexander designs with the large cantrail).
		The numbering system will be as the current Alexander range, and so there will be a full length version as the Enviro 300, and a Double Deck Enviro 400.

		Stagecoach had a replacement bus handed over to them in Nov 2005 which was the first Enviro 400 off the production line and named 'Spirit of London.
		Stagecoach in East London has recently won a large amount of new work which in turn has resulted in an increased allocation for Stratford and the nearby Waterden Road Garages as Stagecoach's other garages at Romford and Bow are almost fully occupied.
		A further 30 were added for the trolleybus conversion program in 1959 and they lasted at the garage until 1972.
