		The IEE is concerned that proposals within the Energy White Paper to tackle greenhouse gas emissions are heavily focussed on electricity generation, even though transport is the main contributor to CO2 emissions.
		Dr Alf Roberts, IEE Chief Executive, commented, "The challenge cannot be met simply by tackling the emissions from the power industry or indeed by the UK on its own."
