ZURICH (Reuters) - UEFA has banned Galatasaray from using their Ali Sami Yen stadium for European club competition games 'due to a serious lack of overall security'.
The Turkish club was also fined £48,600 pounds for the behaviour of its supporters and the 'serious lack of organisation' in and around the stadium during the Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid on April 3, UEFA said in a statement.
The UEFA statement read: '...insufficient protection was offered to the players and officials when accessing or leaving the field of play, as well as at the exit from the dressing room area.

My favorite stadium is Dragon Stadium, it's the stadium of FC Porto and the first game played there was FC Porto 2 - 0 FC Barcelona on November 12 2003, it has a capacity for 50 000 and it was considered by the journalists of Euro 2004 as the best stadium of the tournament.
Anfield road sucks, such a small stadium, lousy stands, Emirates Stadium looks very cool, but the current Arsenal stadium looks a medium stadium, even in portuguese league standards, there are some portuguese second division stadiums that are a lot better, ex: Aveiro's stadium or Algarve's Stadium.
I admit the Dragao stadium is very impressive, I drove past it in March on my way to Figueira Da Foz from Chaves.
