		Alice ISD officials are awaiting word from the Texas Department of Transportation to determine if design plans for the city's new middle school are conducive to traffic flow off Flournoy Road.
		The additional acres were purchased with a look to the future, which according to the school board, might include a new football stadium 10 to 20 years down the line.
		The Texas Department of Transportation received word of these plans and suggested that because of traffic concerns, it might be more feasible to have the entrance facing County Road 344, and TxDOT offered to assist with the project by working on the intersection of CR 344 and FM 1931 to support the increased traffic.

		The defense will argue that the decision to amputate Alice Limbrick's legs extended her life and that the measure had to be taken because of Alice's severe medical conditions and extreme old age.
