		As we all know, the novelty of a band and the catchiness of its music is a fleeting thing, and audiences are notoriously fickle when that's all there is to hang on to.

		Perhaps I'm suffering from pseudo-liberal oversensitivity, but it's a bit worrisome that an all-girl summer fun band would necessarily have to sound like a quartet of 12 year-olds in the subject matter of their music.

		I'm 99% sure the members of the Summer Fun Band are cognizant of the image they're sending out, and I'm positive they expect the listener to enjoy the implicit ironies and delight in the retro-pop sensibilities while imagining the simpler, pre-Riot Grrl days.
