		McNab stated that he thought he was being asked to provide a character reference and that when he became aware that he was to provide answers to behavioural based questions, he knew that he would be unable to provide such answers.
		McNab stated that he had been comfortable giving a reference on behalf of appellant Berger, however, he did not think that the reference which he was going to have to provide was going to be a behavioural based reference.
