The Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (Serbian Cyrillic: Савез независних социјалдемократа, Serbian Latin: Savez nezavisnih socijaldemokrata) is a parliamentary party in the Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The party grew out of the Independent Members of Parliament Caucus of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska to become the Party of Independent Social Democrats.
In December 2001, it united with the Democratic Socialist Party, a splinter party of the Socialist Party of the Republika Srpska.

The moderate, multi-ethnic Social Democratic Party (SDP) came in second, though still far behind, with 13.9 percent, followed by the Bosniak (Bosnian Muslim) Nationalist Party of Democratic Action (SDA), with 8.4 percent.
However, in 2000 elections, the opposition alliance led by the moderate Sarajevo-based SDP took power from the SDA - only to lose it again two years later after failing to satisfy ethnic needs, especially those of refugees and war veterans: a subject the SDA used against the competing party to regain power.
Right after Montenegro's independence referendum, SNSD leader and Republika Srpska Prime Minister Milorad Dodik suggested that a similar referendum be held in the Serb-dominated Bosnian entity.
