 Lions' Roar - Stadium Name
It was called the City Stadium last season but i take it its now back to "The Almondvale Stadium again" Should we not just give it a name to keep.
13th September 2005 09:33 PM Has been and will always be Almondvale (Stadium) or the 'Vale to me. They can pay what they like to have the name changed, I don't think many would call it anything other then Almondvale.

They were presented with the Third Division Trophy at The City Stadium (or Almondvale as it was then known), and the Second Division Trophy at Stadium Park.
The name was originally Almondvale Stadium, but changed to West Lothian Courier Stadium, and more recently to The City Stadium.

Over 100 West Lothian schoolchildren attended Livingston FC's Almondvale Stadium on Monday 20th February to hear players Roddy McKenzie and David McNamee answer young people's questions about racism in Scotland.
Jackie McNamara Sr of the SPFA joined Livingston goalkeeper Roddy McKenzie and David McNamee and four local schools - Addiewell Primary, Williamston Primary, St Paul's Primary and Bathgate Academy to show racism the red card.
Thanks are also due to West Lothain Council for arranging the schools to participate and the Teachers for bringing along their students.
