For example a trip from Mukogawa station (Nishinomiya-Shi) to Kyoto for example it states to take train the Hanshin Honsen line then change for JR line at Amagasaki station (Hanshin Honsen line), but the it does not factor the transfer time from Amagasaki station to JR Line Amagasaki station which is about 15 to 20minutes.
The best transfer point would be in Osaka at Umeda station (take Hanshin Honsen to Umeda, then at Umeda station transfer to JR line to Kyoto at Osaka station) not Amagasaki Station.
I think this area needs a little more work, of course the directions get you to your destination, but the transfer time should be included as well as the most convenient transfer points.
