  Kamei Korenori - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kamei Korenori (1557-1612) came from a Amako clan retainer family that had been left without an heir after the death of Kamei Hidetsuna in battle with the Mori, so Korenori assumed the surname of "Kamei".
To revive the fortunes of the Amako, Korenori went on to serve under that of Yamanaka Shikanosuke (due to it falling in 1566).
The Amako clan however, finally died after the death of Amako Katsuhisa, and later Amako Shikanosuke.

) (1531-1613) a retainer of the Japanese clan of Amako during the Sengoku Period of the 16th century.
Hisatsuna served under Amako Yoshihisa and joined Yamanaka Shikanosuke in an attempt to relieve the Shiraga Castle, which was surrounded by the Mori during the year of 1563.

Established in 1392, the Amako were relatively minor until the advent of the Ônin War, which allowed Tsunehisa to assume control of Izumo from his headquarters at Gassan-Toda Castle.
Tsunehisa was born in March 1458, the eldest son of Amako Kiyosada.

The Mongol invasions is another story; I have the clans, names and mon of the Japanese tasked with initially repelling the onslaught (Kyushu and western-tip of Honshu clans) but if the Mongols had successfully progressed in-land more information would be necessary..
