Meanwhile, fog in the region continued to upset the schedule of trains.
Reports from Ambala said the Howrah Express and Sealdah Express were late by 12 hours, while the Lohit Express was 11 hours behind schedule.

AMBALA: The police have arrested an ISI agent, Masood Akhtar Haider (33), in Ambala Cantt and recovered a number of maps of military cantonments of Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, camera rolls, a floppy, a purse, an ATM and some visiting cards from him.
Disclosing this to mediapersons, SP Hardeep Singh Doon said that Masood alias Ramu, a resident of Shahiwal district in Pakistan’s Punjab province, was trained as a spy under three senior Pakistani army officials at different cantonments in Pakistan, including Lahore.
This is the second time in the recent past that an ISI agent has been arrested in Ambala Cantt, which is the headquarters of the strike corps of the Army and has the largest airbase in the north.
