		Ammersee (Lake Ammer) is a lake in upper Bavaria, Germany located in the southwest of Munich between the towns of Herrsching and Diessen.
		Ammersee is fed by the River Ammer which flows as Amper out of the lake.
		Ammersee and Amper are part of the ancient Celtic amber tradingroute leading to the Brennerpass ("Burner"-pass) and their names may be derived from the word Amber.

		If you are looking for someone to look after the boat, that's one thing, but if you are only looking for someone with a piece of paper so you can rent another boat, check it out, because it may be that you don't need it.
		We need somebody who can ACTUALLY sail the boat and has a licence, plus people who would like to came along?We are complete on the first boat, but it was my idea to post it here, inform the Toytowners and see, maybe there is a good sailor among you all.

		I loved to visit Herrsching which is located at the Ammersee.
		I was tired, thirsty and hungry and so happy that we were not in a gastronomic disaster area and that Elizabeth allowed me to recover with a beer and a "Brotzeit" which was platter with cheese and cold cuts.
		We never did that but I am sure Elizabeth will force me, if she reads that the path leads through a very exciting scenery with bridges, rocks a waterfall etc. and that the destination is a place where the famous Andechser beer is brewed by monks.
