		Las resoluciones definitivas que sobresean o nieguen el amparo promovido, son eminentemente declarativas, pues se concretan, bien a constatar causas de improcedencias, o bien a establecer la constitucionalidad del acto reclamado, convalidando, en ambos casos, la actuación de la autoridad responsable impugnada por el quejoso.
		El cumplimiento de las ejecutorias de amparo consiste en invalidar los actos reclamados cuando sean de carácter positivo, y en restituir al agraviado en el pleno uso y goce de la garantía que se haya estimado violada, restableciendo las cosas al estado en que se encontraban antes de dichos actos.
		La concesión del amparo contra actos constitucionales en sí mismo, además de importar su invalidación y la destrucción de todos sus efectos y consecuencias, comprende la imposibilidad de que tales actos vuelvan a producirse, con pena de que se incurra en el grave incumplimiento que consiste en la repetición del propio acto.
