Amy Chow (born May 15, 1978 in (The capital and largest city of Costa Rica) San Jose, (A state in the western United States on the Pacific; the 3rd largest state; known for earthquakes) California) is an American gymnast.
She has has been doing (A sport that involves exercises intended to display strength and balance and agility) gymnastics since 1981 and has been competing in national and international competitions since 1990.
Chow has two gymnastic moves named after her, the "Chow" and the "Chow II", and she has been nicknamed "the Trickster" for her creative dismounts and ability to perform complicated skills with apparent ease.
