Anal-oral contact - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Anal-oral contact, also referred to as anilingus and colloquially known as rimming, rimjob, tossing the salad, pepe'ing, or 87 (compare 69), is a sexual activity involving contact between the anus or perianal areas of one person and the mouth of another.
It should be contrasted with anal sex followed by fellatio, which is often referred to as ass to mouth, A2M, ATM or A2OGM, which is in effect anal-oral contact at one remove.
Anilingus (commonly misspelled as "analingus") is thus simultaneously anal sex and oral sex.

Brachio-vaginal and brachio-rectal transmission during brachio-rectal and brachio-vaginal contact is theoretically possible and brachio-rectal contact was found to be a significant transmission mode by multivarate analysis in two studies24, 40.
Anal- oral transmission is the mode of infection for other pathogens associated with substantial morbidity.
In multivarate analyses, brachiorectal contact and enema use were found to correlate with a higher risk of infection (see below), but no other behavior achieved significance.

Analingus, Rimming and Oral-Anal Sex Explained! at MyPleasure
But the fact is, many lovers are curious about oral-anal contact -- known as analingus and casually called "rimming" -- and often feel surprised by their interest, but when they try it, some become enthusiastic about it.
Another reason anal stimulation feels erotic is the pelvic floor muscles, which lie beneath the surface of the anal area.
Now oral sex is so widely accepted that about three-quarters of Americans say they have performed it on a lover and had it performed on them.

Freud postulated five psychosexual stages: oral, anal, phallic, latent, and genital.
Anal activity for men, however, will probably be tied to the gradual understanding of homosexuality in society at large, with a better understanding of what behavior constitutes being gay.
The anal sphincters (there are two -- an internal and an external) tend to try to contract all the time, and if you have something sloped from big to small, and if you insert the big end in first, and if it is slippery enough, it'll just zoom right in.

Ass to mouth - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The increase in pornographic videos featuring ass to mouth is probably due to the fact that while films containing anal sex were once relatively rare, anal sex is now quite common in pornographic videos marketed to heterosexual men.
In a rare and very extreme form of ass to mouth found in some fetish-themed or scatologically-themed heterosexual pornographic videos, the woman does not undergo an enema or otherwise clean her rectum prior to anal sex.
Either Hayes or her successor Klass would frequently take the lead in ingestion, either from her posterior or another woman's; Klass in particular was a submissive and eager participant who had in fact tattooed Butts's name on her lower back so as to be seen during anal sex shots.

Since the rectum is not straight, penetration is tricky: the short anal canal connects the anal opening to the rectum; the rectum tilts toward the front of the body.
Anal sex carries more risks for women than men in heterosexual encounters; during unprotected anal sex, a male can get feces on his penis and then transfer fecal material into the vagina.

Although oral-anal contact is not an independent risk factor for HIV infection based on data from male-to-male transmission studies,(18-20,22,23,25-28) it may be a marker for other high-risk sexual practices.
Oral-penile contact is not completely risk free, however.(68-70) A study of per-contact risk of infection to the receptive partner found that the probability of infection was 0.06% with a known HIV-positive partner and 0.04% with partners of unknown status.
Because sexual contact is the major transmission route for HIV infection, eliminating sexual contact eliminates risk of transmission by this route.

Anal sex is especially risky for transmission of STIs such as HIV because inserting and thrusting the penis or other objects in the anus can cause tears and bleeding in the rectum, facilitating transfer of blood-borne germs.
If anal penetration precedes vaginal intercourse, change the condom on the penis or object after anal penetration and before inserting the penis or object into the vagina to avoid bacterial infection.
