This album isn't incredible, but it is a blast of light, that proves Busta's "major artist" credentials, and will keep him at the Jay-Z/DMX/Nas level for a few more years.
Gone from this album is the intense Flipmode presence.
The album really only includes that one standout track, but what makes it a solid effort is it contains a great deal of solid material.

The album should not just be a compilation of new metal songs that have little relation to the company's product.
About half of the songs on the WCW album were original theme tracks, a few songs were songs by artists such as Kid Rock and Metallica that became theme songs for the company, and a few were songs that had nothing to do with the product.
If this was a compilation album without the ECW name on it, it would be a fine album.

When the album was completed, the group was unable to obtain distribution in either the UK or the US, but Banks and Foxx continued to record as "Empire" with an assortment of other backing musicians.
But the album's main attraction is its extensive instrumental work, comprising sunbursts of effects organ, Mellotron strings, a few baroque electric piano embellishments and even rudimentary synth riffs and glissandi, giving the music a both sunny and spacey feel that takes it from pastures green to gulfs interstellar.

In my opinion what makes the White Album so special is that it is unfettered by convention or logic, which is just the way art should be.
But the main problem for many critics of the album is that the gap between creative freedom and self-indulgence is a very narrow one and in music, as in other art forms, the gap can be non-existent.

Busta has always had crazy wild energy in his flow and delivery and this album is no exception - what is severly lacking is quality of beats.
On a 12 track album this might not be problematic, but it's quite tedious over 22 cuts.
This may be the album Busta Rhymes' true fans have been waiting for forever, but hip-hop heads will be more inclined to ask why Bust-a-Bus didn't offer a shorter album of higher quality instead of a longer one with too much filler.

The album is an enjoyable affair, but if they cut it down and left only 13 or 14 good tracks instead of leaving it at the 22-song behemoth it is, it would have been much more effective.

Guaranteed to disturb and delight, from the cover picture of a baby being born to the no-punches-pulled lyrics, Chumbawamba freely indulges in anarchy -- which means life without rules, but quite strict discipline.
And even if they're never going to have careers as rappers, at least on the basis of "This Year's Thing," they make their points very clearly, as in the '50s-styled "Georgina," a tale of revenge for wife abuse refracted (or possibly distorted) through the lens of The Cook, the Thief, His Wife and Her Lover.
Throughout the album, there's some inspiring music that's made on a shoestring but sounds like a million dollars.

For this album however, Busta seems to have gone in a completely opposite direction, with flavour of the month throwaway beats with cheesy synths and wack drum beats.
But perhaps the biggest indication to the direction that Busta is taking this album is the posse cut 'Why We Die' with DMX and Jay-Z, produced by Swizz Beats.

Anarchy's seventy-five-minute length dulls its impact; by the time the grandiose strains of "Ready for War" (track nineteen) kick in, the endless rah-rah refrains and hit-or-miss production are wearing thin.

His fifth solo album ANARCHY displays more of that infallibility, and further proves that the New York-native's longevity in hip-hop is well deserved.
On the first single, "Get Outta Here," Busta employs the same style of kiddie chorus that blew up Jay-Z's "Hard Knock Life." The song is calmer than his previous leadoff singles, but don't fret; the follow-up, "Fire," brings the heat as only Busta can.

But, perhaps for the first time, Busta's singular yet now familiar style isn't quite enough to carry the weaker material, which often feels too tossed off.
