  Anastasia Kolesnikova: Gymnastics Routines
Anastasia mounts the bars by running to the springboard, punching it, and doing a stretched Hecht with support of her hands on the lower rail to hang from the high rail.
On the lower rail Anastasia takes it easy, kipping and casting a handstand 1/2 followed by a another kip and cast, to end up in hang from the high rail, ready to start with the final part of her routine.
Anastasia then drops to her knees to do her close to the mat elements, she lies down, stretches herself on her back, rotates with straddled legs, turns over on her belly, doing her familiar straddled roll to kneeling sit, ending like in the photograph.

 Anastasia Kolesnikova: Competition reports
Anastasia started on the balance beam and she was very careful not to make the same mistakes she made in the team competition.
The split leg leap wasn't even close to a perfect split while the full twisting backflic to straddled sit was carefully executed, touching down with the hands first, the chest a moment later, before squeezing the beam with the thighs, so as not to strike the crotch on the beam.
Using the classical accompaniment of a solo piano, it is a showcase of Anastasia's abilities as a dancer.
