Simply put, there is no TV series like “Babylon 5” airing first run episodes on broadcast and cable/satellite television today and there may never be again.
All 22 teleplays for “Babylon 5: Point Of No Return” were written by J. Michael Straczynski himself, which was a necessity in order to keep the show’s various storylines focused since this was envisioned as a “novel” for television with a definite beginning, middle, and end.
There is a short-videotaped introduction with Producer and Cast interview clips on disc one (6:06) where “Point Of No Return” is described as “one piece of textured storyline” while the rest of the extra features are on disc six.
