Andrew Collins: Well, having worked with UFO encounters for almost 30 years now there’s nothing in any of the cases that I’ve covered (some of the ones that I covered were the most bizarre that ever took place in Britain) there’s nothing that firmly proves that what was occurring was of extraterrestrial nature.
Andrew Collins: Yes, we took it to a number of sacred places in Britain, including Glastonbury, a place very much associated with the Grail tradition.

Graham Hancock, Robert Bauval, Colin Wilson, Andrew Collins, Lynn Picknett, Clive Prince, Robert Temple, Michael Carmichael, Graham Phillips, Professor Archie Roy, Michael Rice, Ian Lawton, Chris Ogilvie-Herald, 2000 AD creator Pat Mills, fantasy writer Storm Constantine and even the late great Michael Bentine have all spoken at previous conferences.
At the core of QuestCon is a belief that many great thinkers who make advancements in subjects on the fringes of science and history are inspired by intuition, and this includes many of the speakers themselves, some of whom are prepared, at least among friends, to admit this fact.
However, for the conference's founder, historical writer Andrew Collins, it is a matter he makes no bones about.

In his website, writer Andrew Collins asserts (along with many others) that Mary Magdalene was Jesus’ “chosen successor—and not St. Peter.
The early Church Fathers chose to marginalize and denigrate her rather than see her become the role model for women, and in rewriting the Christian story to make her unimportant, they effectively condemned generations of women to disenfranchised, uneducated and degraded lives.” That is a strong statement, one that might invite a strong backlash.
In the Gospel of Mary, she related a secret esoteric teaching about the rise of the soul that Jesus had given to her in a vision, a statement that was challenged by Andrew, and hotly contested by Peter.
