The crowd got on his back...Murray had THREE match points (Berdych had essentially conceded the match) but Murray it a first serve which got called as LET...Berdych started complaining to the umpire that the serve was actually out, crying like a little baby...when really there was no need.
Murray is bad...you are right, not just at Newport but everywhere, and you are also right that his attitude has improved...but Berdych actually took it to a different level...you could tell that from the crowd's reactions.
