But, unless he was present when the Tresspass act was read to Andy, or Andy was foolish ehough to admit that in his presence, he didn't witness Andy committing a crime, he witnessed Andy on the premises which is generally not a crime.
Against that, if Andy doesn't know that the poker manager is aware of the barring, then he can't assume the invitation overrides it.
But before asserting too strongly what Andy should have done, keep in mind that the other side doesn't follow the rules it's supposed to; Andy may have behaved quite rationally based on his expectation they would follow their rules.

Well, I hope to land this "exclusive interview with Andy Bloch." In case you are not familiar with the situation, Andy Bloch is boycotting WPT events.
That's because he and the players' union will be asking arbitrator Richard Bloch on Friday to stand contract law on its head and to ignore the type of behavior that was referred to in Philadelphia 229 years ago as "a long train of abuses." There are two parts to Owens' suspension...
I see that andy bloch is not playing any more WPT events and I feel roughly the same way although our complaints might diverge a bit.
